Online & Mobile App – Our online and mobile portals provide complete transparency to you for viewing the ongoing status of your properties, tenants and financials. We can also provide regular printed reports for your record keeping. Tenants can access the online or mobile portals to review their lease, rent payments or submit maintenance requests.
Vacancy Marketing – Vacancy reduction is managed through marketing in multiple mediums including social media. Having prominent ads in traditional classifieds is great; however, the latest trends show targeted social media advertising has a huge impact in converting potential tenants into your tenants.
Tenant Screening – Identifying the best tenants is the most important factor in protecting both your property and revenue. Our screening process reviews previous rental history, income sources and credit ratings. This process provides you with excellent tenants which maximizes revenue and decreases expenses.
Lease Management – Our standard lease (which can be customized to your needs) addresses both the need to protect your interests and also meet legislative obligations. Executing leases with new tenants and enforcing terms down the road will all be covered by our team.
Rent Collections – Tenants can pay their rent through pre-authorized payments, e-transfers or manual payments. Any arrears are immediately addressed to ensure your investment is secured with limited costs.
Maintenance Services – Tenants can make repair requests through our convenient communication methods. Ensuring repairs are done in a timely manner keeps both your tenants happy and also immediately protects your investment.
Preventative Maintenance Checks – Regular inspections of your property will be done to ensure minor issues are dealt with in a timely manner before it becomes a major concern.
Grass-cutting / Snow Removal – As a property managed by us, you have the option of having us maintain your grass cutting and snow removal needs.

Under the Flat Rate plan you will have paid our standard fee of each month.
Under the Placement Plus plan you will have paid our reduced fee of each month. You would also have paid to place the tenant in the unit. Over the total 12 month period, you would have compared to the total amount paid in the Flat Rate plan.
If the tenant stays 24 months and pays each month,
Under the Flat Rate plan you will have paid our standard fee of each month.
Under the Placement Plus plan you will have paid our reduced fee of each month. You would also have paid to place the tenant in the unit. Over the total 24 month period, you would have compared to the total amount paid in the Flat Rate plan.
If the tenant stays 25 months and pays each month,
Under the Flat Rate plan you will have paid our standard fee of each month.
Under the Placement Plus plan you will have paid our reduced fee of each month. You would also have paid to place the tenant in the unit. Over the total 25 month period, you would have compared to the total amount paid in the Flat Rate plan.
If the tenant stays 36 months and pays each month,
Under the Flat Rate plan you will have paid our standard fee of each month.

If the tenant stays 48 months and pays each month,
Under the Flat Rate plan you will have paid our standard fee of each month.
